No. A single Bubzo is £3.89. From 5 Bubzos, the price drops. The more you build, the better the price.

Yes. As new series land, the Builder lets you mix them freely. Paws, Wild and Select can all live in the same pack.

Orders over £40 ship free on Standard. Express drops to £3.49.

Evri Tracked, Royal Mail Tracked 48, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for Express. Every order is tracked.

Tracked 48 arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Tracked 24 is next-day from dispatch. Evri Tracked is 2 to 5 working days.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to let us know you want to return an order. Email support@bubzo.co.uk to start a return.

Send a photo to support@bubzo.co.uk within 7 days. We'll replace the affected Bubzos. No charge.

Yes, as long as we haven't dispatched yet. After dispatch, it counts as a return.

There are small parts. Not suitable for children under 3. The warning is printed on every pack.

3D-printed from plant-based materials. Rigid, durable, and made to be collected, posed and carried around.

Splash-proof. A rinse or a splash is no problem. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from strong heat, like a hot car or the dishwasher, as they can warp.

No. Packs are sealed and picked entirely at random from the designs in the series. Every design has an equal chance and duplicates can happen. If you want to choose exactly what you get, the Builder is for you.
