We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

1. Processing time

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 to 2 working days unless a different timeline is stated on the product page.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

2. Shipping options

Available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Shipping charges, available services, and estimated delivery speeds are displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Free shipping

Where available, free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the relevant threshold or promotion requirements.

If your order no longer qualifies after discounts, basket changes, or item changes, standard shipping charges will apply.

4. Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, public holidays, failed delivery attempts, or address issues.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

5. Tracking

6. Incorrect addresses

We will review the issue and work with you and the delivery provider to resolve it.

8. Pre-orders, drops, and special releases

If a product is sold as a pre-order, limited drop, or special release with a different dispatch timeline, that timeline will be stated on the product page and will apply to that item.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together unless stated otherwise.
